TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order with Recoil Reptiles LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

​

ORDER PROCESSING AND READY TO SHIP ITEMS:

  • All items listed as “Ready to Ship/Pickup” will ship or be ready for pickup within 3 business days from the order date.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once the carrier scans the shipment.

  • Estimated transit time is 3 to 5 business days and is not guaranteed.

 

PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES:

  • All racks and enclosures not listed as “Ready to Ship/Pickup” are considered pre-order items and are built to order.

  • These items are subject to current production lead times.

  • Lead times may vary due to material availability, production volume, and unforeseen delays.

  • Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Please review current lead times prior to placing your order.

PICKUP OPTIONS:

Local Pickup (Oklahoma City)

  • Local pickup is available at our shop in Oklahoma City by selecting “Local Pickup” at checkout.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready.

  • Pickup is by appointment only.

Pickup Hours:

  • Monday 12pm to 6pm

  • Tuesday through Friday 10am to 6pm

  • Saturday 10am to 5pm

  • Sunday Closed

 

Show Delivery Pickup:

  • Show delivery is available by selecting your preferred event in the drop-down menu at checkout.

  • Orders will be delivered to the selected show for pickup.

  • You must select the correct show during checkout.

  • If your order is placed within 4 weeks of the show date, you must contact us prior to ordering by email or phone to confirm we can complete the order in that timeframe.

  • Failure to confirm may result in delays to a later show or standard lead time.

SHIPPING TERMS:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping timelines do not include production lead time or processing time.

  • All shipments are curbside delivery only.

  • A signature is not required for standard ground shipments.

  • Once a shipment has been handed off to the carrier, Recoil Reptiles LLC is not responsible for transit delays.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect address will incur additional charges.

  • Address changes must be requested before shipment.

  • Updating your account or PayPal address does not update an existing order.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE AND CLAIMS:

All racks and enclosures are inspected and packaged to ensure they leave our facility in good condition.

If your order arrives with damage, you must follow the steps below.

  • Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

  • Take clear photos of the exterior packaging, interior packaging, and the product showing any damage.

  • Retain all packaging materials including boxes, foam, and pallets.

  • Complete any requested damage documentation.

  • Do not discard packaging or attempt repairs before contacting us.

  • Failure to follow these procedures may result in delays, denial of the claim, or partial or no refund or replacement.

  • We cannot guarantee resolution without proper documentation and packaging.

  • All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Resolution, including repair, replacement, or refund, is at the sole discretion of Recoil Reptiles LLC.

  • Replacement items may be subject to standard lead times.

  • Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality may not qualify for replacement.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Racks and Enclosures

All sales are final.
Returns are not accepted due to size, cost, and risk of damage.

 

Dry Goods

  • All eligible non-enclosure items include a 10-day return or replacement period.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be approved prior to shipment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns on used, damaged, or incomplete items.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may be canceled prior to production at our discretion.

Any processing fees, materials, or labor costs may be deducted from refunds.

 

Custom and Built-to-Order Items

  • Production begins when materials are allocated, cut, or fabrication has started.

  • Once production has begun, orders are no longer eligible for a full refund.

  • A 15 percent cancellation fee will apply.

  • Additional material or labor costs may also be deducted.

Non-Cancelable Orders

  • Custom-sized enclosures

  • Modified or special-request builds

  • Orders placed for show delivery within short timeframes

 

PRODUCT USE AND LIABILITY:

  • All heating products must be used with a proper thermostat.

  • Improper use voids any warranty or claim.

  • Recoil Reptiles LLC is not responsible for improper installation, injury to animals or persons, or damage caused by misuse or improper husbandry.

 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

  • All products are provided as is unless otherwise stated.

  • Normal wear, misuse, or improper setup is not covered.

  • Third-party components are subject to manufacturer warranties.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Recoil Reptiles LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or carrier issues.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
